fertility coaching:
$300 (per month)
Nourish your mind, body and spirit to prepare yourself for conception. This package includes:
A 60-minute virtual or in person session + on-call email support
Personalized holistic plan for maximizing fertility
Informational support regarding charting, alternative practitioner referrals, and what to expect through traditional reproductive technologies & interventions
Self-care strategies through relaxation techniques, fertility visualization and guided meditation
An examination of your dietary & lifestyle practices to help better align you with your goals, including a advice on how to detox your home from fertility-limiting toxins
post-fertility treatment support: $80 (2 hours)
As a certified birth + bereavement doula and fertility coach, I will hold space and nurture you after your treatment. This is particularly valuable for those on bed-rest after IVF/IUI transfers or needing compassionate care after an appointment. In-person only for Toronto area clientele. This can include:
Nourishing meal prep
Mindfulness exercises through relaxation techniques, fertility visualization and guided meditation
Womb-healing with essential oils and energetic cleansing
Companionship
